Reporting Format Series:

The Reporting Format Series is a complete set of documents that can be printed off onto paper, for permanent archives, or onto Permatrace (Or equivalent) for completing your underwater survey.  Each sheet has a unique reporting number and code, allowing for complete file archiving in code order, thus allowing individual projects to be safely archived in the completed, or continuing state.

Example
The Master Record Sheet [1] is used to complete an archive of all the sheets that have been completed throughout an archaeological diving project.  It is the first sheet that is used to complete all other Reporting Format Series Documents.  Maintain accurate records by always referring to this document for project archiving.

Example
The Dive Planning Worksheet [2] is used to plan Archaeological and Scientific Project Dives, using the NOAA Dive Tables, or equivalent.  This sheet is also used to record the dive progress and to be used in contingency and emergency situations.  No Dive Supervisor should be without this sheet for each dive team in the water.
