ADA(UK) Archaeological Diving Projects:
ADA(UK) has a very active diving calendar throughout the year (We don't stop diving when it gets cold!). Projects are conducted for both training and commercial purposes. Students are invited to attend archaeological diving projects for both their theory and practical training, as well as to complete continuing professional development and archaeological experience for their portfolio.
Standard Projects are charged at a flat rate of £450pp, which is the discounted price for ADA(UK) Members. This includes project dive time and theory/practical training towards the full range of ADA(UK)T&D Training Syllabuses, but does NOT include accomodation or food costs for the participant during the week.
Standard Projects are usually 7-9 days in duration running weekend to weekend, including travel time.
Specialist Projects are charged at a higher, or lower, participant cost. Prices range from between £250pp for a weeks Foreshore Archaeological Survey Project, to £2000 for more unique projects. This includes project dive time and theory/practical training towards the full range of ADA(UK)T&D Training Syllabuses, but does NOT include accommodation or food costs for the participant during the week.
Specialist Projects range from 5 days for a weeks foreshore archaeology to 3 weeks for remote expeditions.
